About Diversified Ethanol Corporation™

A wholly owned subsidiary of Greenbelt Resources Corporation, Diversified Ethanol Corporation provides end-to-end waste-to-ethanol solutions designed to establish a highly efficient installed network of customer owned modular ethanol plants providing localized processing of locally generated waste into locally consumed ethanol. Its business model is built around the development of small to mid-sized modular ethanol plants operated onsite or near recyclers, breweries, producers of wastes containing sugars or starches and large dairy operations.

The key to Diversified Ethanol’s success begins with its design staff led by Floyd Butterfield. He is a pioneer in small modular ethanol plant design, manufacturing and operation. Mr. Butterfield has been recognized as an expert in ethanol production for over 25 years. He was the winner of the Ethanol Fuel Plant Design Competition conducted jointly by the California Department of Food and Agriculture and the California Waste Management Board. In fact, his original ethanol fuel plant design, with extensive innovation, has been miniaturized and brought to the consumer market as the new MicroFueler by E-Fuel Corporation. That original design also serves the basis for Diversified Ethanol’s small to mid-sized modular plants and most notably the pilot plant in Paso Robles, California.

Diversified Ethanol also offers customers a menu of added-value services including operations, construction, security and fire systems, maintenance agreements, and consultation in areas such as zoning, permits, licenses and grants, ethanol reseller agreements and insurance packages.  Pilot studies of new feedstocks or of  experimental feedstock processing techniques may be conducted in Diversified's Pilot Plant.
